1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of firevogue.com and to any purchase you make from Firevogue (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Information and Returns & Exchanges policy.

2. Using our store

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
• You agree to give accurate and complete information when you place an order or create an account.
• If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account.

3. Products and descriptions

• We try to show our products, colors and details as accurately as possible. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting.
• Size guides are based on our suppliers’ measurements and are for reference. Small differences of 2–3 cm are normal.
• All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will let you know and refund you for that item.

4. Prices and payment

• All prices are shown in US dollars (USD).
• Payments are processed securely by PayPal. We do not see or store your full card or bank details.
• Your bank or card provider may charge currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders

After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

6. Shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and you will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates. Some countries may charge import duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. See our Shipping Information page for details.

7. Returns and refunds

You can request a return of unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to your original PayPal payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please read our Returns & Exchanges policy for the full conditions.

8. Website content

The content on this website, including text, graphics and the Firevogue name and logo, belongs to Firevogue or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, or to submit false orders or information.

10. Limitation of liability

Our website and products are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Firevogue is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
